All references to “Organizer”, “we”, “our”, “us” herein shall be construed as AMZScout Corp. (see the Contact clause below).
The Organizer organizes the online conference Super Seller Fest (here in after referred to as the Event), operates a website of the Event https://supersellerfest.com (hereinafter referred to as the website), provides services related to a participation of users in the Event (hereinafter referred to as Services).
We value privacy of participants of the Event (hereinafter referred to as the users) and respect the user’s rights regarding personal data. Personal Data of the users is handled by Organizer securely, including transmitting the data via modern cryptography methods.
This Privacy Policy informs you what kind of Personal Data we collect, in what ways, how we use Personal Data, when, why and whom Personal Data may be disclosed to, and what options the users have regarding their Personal Data collected by Organizer.

ORGANIZER AND PARTNERS
The Organizer of the Event is AMZScout Corp. (USA, PA).
Our Partners who are leaders in the e-commerce market will take part in the Event as speakers / contributors and / or sponsors of the Event. The list of the Partners and all changes / additions thereto, if any, will be published on this website.
DEFINITIONS
■ Personal Data means any information related to the user which identifies the user or contains identifiers (name, email, ID number, and so on) that allow the user to be identified directly or indirectly.
■ Usage Data is a technical information obtained from user’s browser, cookies and similar technologies during usage of the website and participating in the Event (such as but not limited to: IP addresses, time zone settings, parameters of requests to the server of the website including time, duration, size of sent/received files, information about browser, operating system, etc.).

The Organizer limits data collection whenever possible, and uses the data only for the purpose for which it was originally collected.

Personal Data Collection
Personal Data collected by the Organizer may include user’s name, email, information about transactions between the user and the Organizer, and Usage Data.
You may be offered to provide personal information mentioned above when you register to take part in the Event or during your communication with the Organizer.
Also, personal information (email and name) may be obtained by the Organizer from third parties: (a) as a part of process of registration if you choose to sign up using your social media account; (b) as a result of transactions between the user and Organizer if this information is needed to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or to protect interests of the users (including fraud prevention).

Usage Data may be collected using cookies and similar technologies.
Purposes of the Personal Data collection / usage / processing by the Organizer
Also, Personal Data collected by the Organizer may be used to comply with applicable laws, to improve features and/or performance of this website and services related to the Event, to communicate with the user when such interaction is needed because of security or technical issues.

Who we can disclose your Personal Data to
The Partners. Personal Data may be shared among the Partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions related to the subject of the Event. We require our Partners to be responsible for secure storage and transmitting, and proper usage of the Personal Data collected or shared with them.

YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE / REGISTRATION AS A PARTICIPANT OF THE EVENT MEANS YOUR CONSENT WITH DISCLOSURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THE PARTNERS FOR PURPOSES DESCRIBED ABOVE UNLESS YOU WITHDRAW THIS CONSENT PARTLY OR IN WHOLE. YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME.

Affiliated entities. The Personal Data may be securely transmitted to the entities affiliated with the Organizer in order to provide the services related to the Event or to hold the Event. An affiliated entity means an organization that directly or indirectly controls the Organizer, or is directly or indirectly controlled by the Organizer.

Employees, Contractors and Service Providers. We hire employees and engage contractors in order to provide the services related to the Event or to hold the Event . Third-party service providers (such as organizations providing services of servers hosting, data computing and analytics, payments processing, legal services, and so on) may be involved in providing the services / holding the Event. We may reasonably disclose Personal Data to the mentioned employees, contractors, service providers in the scope which is necessary and enough to provide the services / hold the Event. If it is possible the Personal Data shall be disclosed in aggregated and/or anonymized form.

To Comply with Laws, or for Legal Protection. The Personal Data may be disclosed to third parties when it is necessary to comply with laws, regulatory requirements or enforceable requests of the court or the authorized body, to enforce an agreement between the user and Organizer, to protect the rights or property of Organizer, contractors, employees or users, to prevent or interrupt illegal activity (crime, fraud).

Successors, Investors. The Personal Data may be transferred to successors or investors as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of Organizer. The successors, investors, and other transferees of Organizer's assets shall be bound by our Privacy Policy and be required to commit themselves to comply with this Privacy Policy.
Storage and Security of Personal Data
Data storage and transmitting security is a priority for the Organizer. We attempt reasonable efforts in order to protect users’ data against destruction or unauthorized disclosure. Among other technical and organizational measures, we apply modern cryptography including TLS 1.2 certificates, and use the services of trustworthy service providers.

Transboundary transfer of your Personal Data
Our servers are primarily located in the United States. If you use the website / participating in the Event outside the United States please take into account that your Personal Data will be transferred to, stored, handled, and operated on the territory of the United States, and some jurisdictions may limit transboundary transfer of the Personal Data.
By using this website / registration as a participant of the Event, you consent to transfer to, storage and processing of your Personal Data on the territory of the United States.
Options and Rights of the User to Control his/her Personal Data
At any time, the user is entitled, using contact details specified in the Contacts clause below, to ask us to undertake the following actions / measures:

■ to stop collecting, disclosing, transferring, and/or processing of the user’s personal information (as whole or in part);
■ to require authentication on every transaction (payments) or to turn off in-product transactions.
■ to stop sending emails to the user (regarding to all emails or to specific ones such as promotional, informative, the Partners’ emails, etc.);
■ to request access to personal information the Organizer retains about the user and obtain a copy of the user’s personal information;
■ to stop any consent-based processing of Personal Data after the user withdraws that consent;
■ to request rectification or erasure;
■ to restrict the processing of personal information;
■ if applicable, the user may request to provide data portability;
■ in certain circumstances, the user may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information;
■ If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

The requests for the purposes specified in this clause may be submitted by contacting us as described in the Contacts clause of this Privacy Policy. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws and within a reasonable period of time.
If the Organizer, at the user’s request, will restrict or stop collecting, disclosing, transferring, processing your Personal Data, or delete the data about the user, or turns off in-product transaction / the ability to save the authentication, or will stop processing Personal Data because of a withdrawal of the relevant consent on it, the services / the ability to take part in the Event may become unavailable for the user as a whole or in part if the relevant data collection, store, disclosure, processing is necessary for specific services or features.
In any case, we reserve the right to retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
Children’s Privacy
The Event is for general audience, although its content is purposed for natural persons over 18 years of age who are interested in sales in Internet. The content of the Event is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the website. The Organizer does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of thirteen (13). The Organizer will delete any Personal Data collected as soon as reasonably possible if the Organizer is notified that a child under 13 years of age has provided any personal information to us; but the Organizer reserves its right to keep the data which is reasonably necessary for legal purposes or to notify a parent or guardian.
Governing Law
By using any of the Organizer Products or providing the Personal Data to the Organizer, you express your consent that any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy or in connection with it will be governed by the law of the State of Pennsylvania.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated text of the Privacy Policy will be published and accessible on the page of this website https://supersellerfest.com, and will contain the effective date thereof.
If, for some reason, provisions of the updated Privacy Policy will be less restrictive regarding your personal information than those that were to be applied when your Personal Data has been collected, we will explicitly inform you about it.

User’s Name
Personalization of the User’s interaction with the Organizer.
User’s name is necessary to take part in the Event (for communication with other participants and speakers).
User’s name may be necessary to restore access of the User to the services related to the Event.
Providing user support including User’s requests processing.
Email
The User’s email is used in order to keep the User updated with information regarding the Event.
Sending answers to User’s queries, information about the Event, information materials related to the Event.
The Organizer and the Partners may send promotional emails and advertising materials to the User. The User may cancel receiving promotional emails at any moment.
User’s age, namely, whether the User is over 18 years of age (or over 13 years of age)
Evaluating eligibility of the User to participate in the Event and use the services related to the Event.
